this is the reason my legs are going to punch me in the face when I go to get up from my chair.
This is day 2 of doing this little workout since it’s so quick and then I can follow up with core-focused yoga before doing a cool-down flow. This feels like conditioning week, minus actually running. I hope this yields the same results as actually conditioning.
